Translation of written texts

General conditions:
Services are delivered under a written agreement, duly signed by the customer. Payment is requested against invoice.

Please send comprehensive information on the nature and content of your event in due course of time (abstracts, presentations, speeches, useful references). Such information will be used for in-depth preparation. Any details made known to us in connection with the interpreting or translation services will be handled with strict confidentiality.

Please note that interpreting and translation is protected by copyright.

Interpreters will arrive 30 minutes before event starts at the latest and will be at the Customer's disposal over the entire agreed duration of the event for the purposes of interpreting exclusively.

If slides or other visual aids are to be shown, please check that the interpreters have an unimpeded view of these, as in order to provide good interpretation it is important to understand the presentation in its entirety and not just what is said.

Particular arrangements must be made for interpretation of any type of film or video projection; the details must be clarified with the interpreters before the conference.

Interpreters must have unimpeded view of the speakers at any time.

If speakers read out any written text, at least one copy of the written text must be supplied to the interpreters in advance, preferably at the latest 12 hours before the talk is given.

If any binding order is cancelled by the Customer for any reason, the full price will be charged to the Customer.
